Questions about the packets

What do I get?
One level is a 43-page PDF: 25 large-print word searches (5 with a hidden message), a bonus A to Z page, answer keys, and a welcome page with how to play and a list of contents. The bundle has all three levels in one file, plus a Bonus Activity Pack that's only in the bundle: 21 extra activities (word scrambles, missing vowels, match it up and finish the phrase) with answer keys.
Which paper sizes are included?
Every purchase comes as four PDFs: US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) and A4, each in full color and in an ink saver version with white backgrounds. Nothing is shipped.
How does the download work?
You buy and download on Etsy. Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy emails you a link to your files, and they stay in the Purchases section of your Etsy account. Download them in a web browser on a phone or computer, since the Etsy app can't download files. If you check out as a guest, the link is in your receipt email.
How do I get the biggest letters?
Print at “Actual size” for the biggest letters. Nothing is printed too close to the edge, so home printers won't cut anything off. The ink saver files use white backgrounds to save on color ink.
Can I make copies for my group?
Yes. Print as many copies as you like for yourself, your family, your classroom, or one facility such as a senior center, library or activity program. Please don't share, resell or post the PDF files, or sell printed copies.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds on digital downloads, but we'll fix any problem. If a file won't open or something looks wrong, email hello@sunnysidepuzzlepress.com and we'll put it right.
